cold calling - emailing and prospecting new customers in order to bring in business while also managing my current account base
yes i have learnt many new calling and sales skills as well as interpersonal office skills and how to correctly conduct myself.
alot of the time i feel very lost as to what needs to be done, this does get resolved however when i speak to the people at firebrand for guidance but it is still not very clear cut.
amazing support all round.
this is stilll very good but there can be a bit of a wait when doing this.
not really if im completely honest alot of the learning on the course have allowed me a very basic level of understanding however i feel not alot is actually relevant

just push through and keep your head up, the person next to you will always hear you out as well if you're helping
