  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role as a sales support consists of a variety of different little jobs. On a day to day basis my role consists of making quotes for account mangers who pay to use us. We find the products and add value for the AM's within the business.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well organised in all aspects such as the training days and calls to the deadlines for work. The structure is also really good as it allows me to work around my day to day job role as I know when I need to dedicate my time on my apprentice work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Regarding what I learn with Remit I would only say so far 40% has been relevant to my job role in sales. I think this is just because it applies to more roles non sales but the personality traits which I have learnt have been really useful in my role such as communicational skills.
