Yes, I have learnt plenty of new skills which have helped shape me within my role in order for me to be efficient and successful.
I enjoy the programme, it is hard and you have to ensure that you manage your time effectively, however it is all beneficial in the end.
The programme is highly structured, with plenty of courses and online learning which is given to me in order for me to improve my skills.
Plenty of support is provided to me, this is from my mentor and also everyone around me. The whole Softcat community are there to help and always put some time aside to ensure I understand what I am doing.
We are supported heavily by our training provider, they ensure that we are kept up to date with what is going on within our apprenticeship. They also have given us a variety of courses to complete to help with our learning about the IT industry and our role in sales.
I feel that my qualification is helping me massively, as it has allowed me to understand the IT industry in far more detail, how to provide the best customer service and be an efficient Account Manager/Sales person.
Softcat opens you to a variety of social activities and extra-curricular activities. Such as the end of quarter drinks, sports tournaments, incentives with vendors and celebration parties which bring all the community together!
