    • The whole course has given me skills and knowledge of Leadership processes

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoyed some of the subjects more then others. I enjoyed making new friends within my workplace. It challenged my brain on learning a new subject.

    • Monthly meetings and a Tutor at the end of an email and Teams if help is needed.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I have done this course through a pandemic and the nature of my employer is NHS hospital work. I had support at the start and then was left to my own study.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I have lots of support from Paragon skills - one to one team meetings, online workshops and a tutor at the end of an email or teams meeting.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • This has given me the knowledge behind the practical aspects of Leadership.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Due to the Pandemic social activities had been at a limited amount. We do have a social club who run activities in normal living times.

    • Yes

    • It is a friendly place to work and it is our local place for hospital care

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kettering General Hospital?

    • Put a lot of time in filling in the application form especially the summary part.
