The whole course has given me skills and knowledge of Leadership processes
I enjoyed some of the subjects more then others. I enjoyed making new friends within my workplace. It challenged my brain on learning a new subject.
Monthly meetings and a Tutor at the end of an email and Teams if help is needed.
I have done this course through a pandemic and the nature of my employer is NHS hospital work. I had support at the start and then was left to my own study.
I have lots of support from Paragon skills - one to one team meetings, online workshops and a tutor at the end of an email or teams meeting.
This has given me the knowledge behind the practical aspects of Leadership.
Due to the Pandemic social activities had been at a limited amount. We do have a social club who run activities in normal living times.
