I love to work for HSBC, because they do look after their employees. I also really enjoy working in team and having the ability to try 4 different jobs, that you would normally not even consider. It is try before you buy and you get to know people
There could be a better organisation and structure from our program team. Sometimes we feel that we were sold something different that what we are expected/asked to do now and communication also needs to be improved
Lot of support from line manager, but support from programme management could be improved. They sometimes don't understand the pressure we can be under
I absolutely adore my Kaplan talent coach - very supportive and knowledgeable. I feel supported by him and know that he is there for me
It deepens my current knowledge that I gained through an experience, it also makes me more confident, because I know that my skills are becoming stronger and I can apply them to my day to day tasks
Volunteering opportunities, Kaplan courses, LIBF courses/webinars, company webinars and training sessions
Yes
They do look after their employees and offer a great range of benefits for myself and my family
Be yourself, look up information about the company and be passionate about their values!! :)
