My job has two parts. The sales side is finding potential customers and trying to convince them to trade with Softcat. The account manager side is making sure my customer is receiving their required needs on the IT front.
I have improved my communication skills when speaking to customers on the phone/email but also when cold calling a company and speaking to their IT manager
Their are constant check ups to make sure you're coping alright and reaching out for assistance.
