Managing the day to day running of the store. Assisting customers to book holidays. Dealing with other suppliers. Admin duties.
I have learned to delegate more within the team and deal with challenging situations
I enjoyed the programme, it helped me to develop in my role and also get to know other people within my company.
My experience was ok at the beginning but then covid happened so it was difficult to get back into it. I received great support from my mentor over the last few month and found that I learned alot from him.
