  • I enjoyed the programme, it helped me to develop in my role and also get to know other people within my company.

  • My experience was ok at the beginning but then covid happened so it was difficult to get back into it. I received great support from my mentor over the last few month and found that I learned alot from him.

  • I definitely feel more confident in my role. I have developed my communication skills and have also learned how to prioritise my work load.
