helping the sales department, currently working on webchat helping customers with all kinds of questions
im am learning loads of new IT skills and the way to speak to people in a formal fashion, it is also helping with confidence as this is new to me and i like to try out new things
i enjoy my programme alot the team i work with is very helpful and the managers are always keen to teach me new things
the department at sage is great, and always help where they can but i have not sarted my apprentiship yet due problems with the provider "northern skills" so i cannot say they are well organised
sage has been super helpful, and the training they provided has been second to none.
i have recived none as to problems with "northern skills"
Again i have not even started my qualification, so all support has been through sage which has been great
There has been social events for apprentices , and a local free gym at sage which is great as i am a super advocate for exercise benefiting mental heath
