    • helping the sales department, currently working on webchat helping customers with all kinds of questions

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • im am learning loads of new IT skills and the way to speak to people in a formal fashion, it is also helping with confidence as this is new to me and i like to try out new things

    • i enjoy my programme alot the team i work with is very helpful and the managers are always keen to teach me new things

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • the department at sage is great, and always help where they can but i have not sarted my apprentiship yet due problems with the provider "northern skills" so i cannot say they are well organised

    • sage has been super helpful, and the training they provided has been second to none.

    • i have recived none as to problems with "northern skills"

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Again i have not even started my qualification, so all support has been through sage which has been great

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • There has been social events for apprentices , and a local free gym at sage which is great as i am a super advocate for exercise benefiting mental heath

    • Yes

    • good pay, good community, and lots of benefits within the company

    • be true to yourself and they will find a role for you
