  • My role is answering the phone, loading enquiries, answering questions, completing my apprenticeship work

  • Yes I have gained confidence in myself and when it comes to speaking to customers. I have learnt a lot of customer service skills as well which is beneficial when it comes to my current job and any job in the future.

  • I enjoy my programme a lot as the work is evenly layed out over a good period of time.

  • very organised as my assessor always keeps me in check and makes sure I am aware of what I am doing currently and what I need to aim for in the future

  • A good amount of support as time is always made to make sure I can complete my work within time and I am allowed the time to go into the back of the store and complete it properly to the best standard.

  • A lot of support as she always makes sure I am on track with all the work that needs to be completed.
