  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I would say to a good extent I enjoy my programme. This is because it allows me to challenge myself and transfer my skills into my role. For example, keeping on top of my coursework, but also making sure I complete work tasks alongside it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say it is fairly organised. At first getting to understand how the programme worked was taking a while to understand. However, I managed to understand at the end. As well as, understanding that I do need to prioritise my apprenticeship task over work task, as I struggled for a while to remember that.

  • I receive good support. Every 5-6 weeks I have a meeting with my skills coach. This is to talk about if I'm comfortable, how I'm getting on with the coursework etc. However, I would like to have regular meeting call with my skills coach every 4 weeks, as communication through the website seem to be quite slow.
