Yes, through self reflection and day to day challenges.
It's challenging but I am learning a great deal. I find the quality of learning can vary dramatically, but I find it engaging overall.
It can feel a bit chaotic between the MBA qualification and the SLMDA.
If I ask I get support, but they don't largely offer it unless I ask, but that's fine.
It's there if I need it.
I am able to put a lot of this to use and plan on using it to help me get new roles and promotions in the future.
