i work in a restaurant kitchen and i work in a section, i have to prepare and cook food for our customers and staff.
i have learn a lot of things, i started as a kp doing the washing up and i am now working with the chefs in the kitchen, prepping, cooking and serving food.
I really enjoy it, I love my team and I love working with my team, the company is great for opportunities. i am very exited to develop new skills.
i learn a lot at work however i don't always understand my teacher as English is not my first language.
i am really happy with my team, my manager and colleagues are always willing to help me with my tasks. they also support me understanding what i struggle to understand by explaining it in simple manner and even in Spanish.
my trainer is good and he tries to explain things when i don't understand
i perform well at work with the help of my team, however i am struggling a bit at the moment with my homework.
no for the moment. but i do socialize with my colleagues after works.

i have learn a lot of things. i was given opportunities to develop and better myself. i feel value and part of the team.
