  • My role at Tui is a travel agent. Overall I sell holidays, make sales, admin work and customer service.

  • Yes, I have learnt how to sell and how to bring sales into my role when im serving customers.

  • I enjoy my job role its taught me many different skills and selling techniques.

  • My programme is well organised i have days on the rota for learning and calls are arrange ahead of dates so I can be prepared.

  • I receive lots of support from my employer, always happy to help me and sits me down when i do not understand.

  • I feel as if my trainer is great she always emails and communicates with me and always helps where she can.

  • My qualification helps me perform better in the role as I can put the training ive learnt into myself when doing my role.

  • Tui is a great company to work for, everybody works as a team and is always happy to help. They always happy to help you even when your unsure. Also selling holidays is such a great job its so exciting selling holidays so overall Tui is a great company to work for.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
  • Be confident as customers are trusting you to book holidays so by being confident it makes the customer feel more comfortable.
