Business channel apprentice, shadowing and helping in 6 channels of the business including retail,concierge,online and transformation.
I have developed my communication skills as i have to interact with many customers.
All the colleagues are so helpful and cheerful and im also learning so much everyday.
Some parts have been very organised and others were not as prepared with a new apprentice
I receive a lot of support i have several line managers and an apprenticeship manager who i can talk to.
