responsible for 15 front line agents coaching performance inline with organisation KPI's. Keeping HR records up to date including end to end absence management, capability management and training records.
Ive learnt a lot of new skills throughout my apprenticeship especially around reward for performance. I found the recruitment unit enhanced my previous skills too.
alot, through lockdown and the pandemic it gave me something to focus on.
Very well organised with upfront schedules to see what you would be learning through each unit.
Due to under resourcing and high utilisation at times I was left very unsupported.
Monthly 1-1's but also knew where to find support if needed.
alot, not only in this role but it will help me with future roles too
