  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is a modern apprentice so my day consists of learning new things such as systems or to develop my knowledge on a certain destination. I learn on the job and I consider myself part of the team. I contribute by doing daily tasks like booking checks and window deals. I also sit with customers to book their holiday.
