My role is to answer customer questions and help them with anything they may require help with, i will soon be selling customers their dream holidays!
My confidence has really grown and i have learn how to speak to customers and more about the travel industry
I thoroughly enjoy the buzz and joy the atmosphere it brings and when you are able to help a customer seeing the happy look on their faces
I feel 100% supported and that i can ask for help at any time and there will always be someone to help me if i have any struggles

It is an absolute dream to work for and i know in myself that i'm picky especially in places im going to be everyday and i always come to work smiling and looking forward to my shift. I would want that for my friends too
Be yourself and work hard! They like people who are determined and are always looking to learn new things and try new things for themselves, it doesn't matter if you don't know how to do something as long as you put your 100% effort into trying
