To start with it was very painful but towards the end it was ok. I did have 5 Kaplan Assessors whilst on the course so Kaplan clearly can't retain staff
Very well structured once Kaplan had decided where I was going to start
As much as I needed. Employer bought in from the start and made sure I was strict with my 7hrs of Apprenticeship work a week
