On a day to day basis I answer phones, greet customers, take payments, book customers holidays and answer any queries. Admin is also involved in my job role.
I have learnt how to use all the different systems that are involved with the job and also my comminication and confidence has grew a lot.
I do enjoy my job role as researching about all the different places to travel to is interesting and I like hearing about where other people have travelled to.
It is well organised
I recieve a lot of support as all my colleagues are happy to help with anything I am struggling with
I have a call every month with my assessor to go over the tasks I have completed and to see how well I am doing
Some tasks help me with my job role but some tasks require a witness statement or reviewing what I have previously done
