  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Covid made things challenging and I obviously would have preferred to have had more face to face learning but MMU adapted well and it had minimal impact on my ability to complete the MBA Apprenticeship.

    8/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I found it quite confusing. Particularly the CMI/Apprenticeship area which wasn't clear at all. Our cohort weren't clear on what was expected from us and we received conflicting information from tutors and course literature (ie the ROE templates changing halfway through the course).

    4/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of time, support and freedom to do whatever I require to complete my MBA.

    10/10

    10/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification may not directly affect my position in my firm but the learning I have taken from the MBA has already had a significant impact on my role within the business, on my company (as an owner) and on myself.

    10/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As a small business we don't have anything like this at the minute. But the focus on my project was improving culture within my business and I am adding initiatives like this.
