I work with at risk children, dealing with trauma and neglect. Teaching parents to appropriately care for Jose children to build better futures and keep families together
I have learnt the need not to judge people, to ask questions, professional curiosity is important. To discuss rather than decide
I do enjoy it, however I think we need more face to face learning. Especially the module that we are on now, I have been in class once. The rest relies on moddle and sometimes you need to ask questions to a human
It is organised, however it’s not kept up to date. Such as dates, attendances, paperwork
A lot. My manager ensures I don’t carry a lot of work and I get time to study

It has high standards and apart from the one or two people who put a dampener on things, it has some amazing caring people working for them
