Overseeing management and development of services that provide opportunties for students and graduates to gain experience and develop soft skills

Yes - I'm already benefitting at work from the skills being developed so far. Particularly coaching

Very much but I uinderestimated the workload so that is stressful ahead of my first deadline

Very well organised

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I ask for. I have autonomy to manage my own time so this is fine but sometimes things simply get busy. I've asked to be assigned certain priorities to use in my studies which has been agreed.

A lot. There is so much support available at MMU. Live sessions and 24/7 online content

I've only just started but it has started to make me think differently in certain situations.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes but I really don't have the capacity for that on top of work & study

They do put a lot of effort into providing support to students
