1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves amending user account, machines and setting up new profiles. I will generally deal with tickets on a daily basis and work through local office issues.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - building machines, looking into root cause troubleshooting and building rapport. I have been able to develop my skills greatly.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy the course, it has given me a lot of life skills and has helped me progress my IT career.

Very well structured I am always given specific dates, times and additional information.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, my line manager is always attentive and takes my needs into consideration.

A lot, they always show support and are on hand when I need to ask additional questions.

Much better, all the knowledge I get is put towards my apprenticeship and has helped me progress my career.

Yes, football leagues, bake sales/competitions, cooking nights and chances to attend many seminars.
