we are supported by extremely talented sales people with only our best interests at heart and immersed in a range of sales and learning opportunities . We get to sit on customer calls, intense role learning through different areas within the business to get a feel and scope while building out network. we also have the freedom to get involved in additional tasks.
I have learnt networking skills through the numerous events and opportunities given to me, i have learnt to improve my excel and presentation skills through monthly presentations to department managers and leaders and given constructive and supportive feedback to develop my skills even further. I have also learnt technical skills through the vast exposure on my many rotations
I am loving it so far, i have had so much support from my mentor and coach who have given me hours of their time giving me valuable advice i can use in the future, there is also loads of opportunities to win competitions, see my work colleagues at social events. Everyone is more than willing to help me out.
Very much so, we know what we are doing prior with someone who does weekly calls and keeps us in the loop and who we will nee to speak to in order to get answers. we have a great company site i can get any information i need from and also if i wanted to get involved in anything else.
so much support, i have a buddy, mentor and coach who have weekly, bi-weekly and monthly calls who support me through this process and also after the process - they give me so much advice , tasks and support in presentations networking , skills and tips. they also genuinely care about my welfare.
yes, i have calls with and who guides me through and gives me help and advice when i need. we also have training days where i am able to do an intensive course and learn valuable sales skills from really interesting people. i also am given advice and extra help to hope i can develop my skills.
i am learning transferable skills - which i can use in the work place i also am learning technical knowledge through great programmes such as CIW and CompTIA where i can expand my knowledge in a time that suits me - i can then use this in conversations with people at my workplace.
there is currently a sports day i will get involved with as well as fresh minds that gets me involved with new associates from different areas in the business which are really fun! i think CC is really sociable and always different areas we can get involved in which is great!

Definitely do your research on the values and how CC runs! its a complex infrastructure so going into the application programme knowing what is important o them and what they do is great! also reach out and ask employees to get a feel of the atmosphere! Also confidence in the last stage!
