Creating and facilitating both e-learning and face to face learning for all Bradford and Grimsby employees. Analysing learning needs and development. Supporting site with data analysis. Supporting site projects and up skilling programmes.
Learning new coaching techniques and developing existing knowledge.
The subject matter is something I am very interested in so therefore enjoying new learning
