  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • We spend each day learning experiences on how we can maintain and fix dies. It is important to make sure that this is done properly as any imperfections in the dies result in there being defects on the car body panels. This means they have to be scraped which cost the company money. So it’s important to do the job correctly

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We receive lots of support from BMW. They want us to be successful. They want to make sure that we are doing the right things. As long as we are trying as hard as we can then this is what is most important. We have meeting every Friday in which we can discus any problems or questions which we have which can then be sorted correctly.
