I enjoy my work and I get on well with the people I work with. The programme allows me to further the learning I do at college within the workplace
The firm organises the training well, there are a few issues with the training provider but the firm does their best to sort these out
A lot of support, the people I work with are always happy o help and answer questions. There are people in each team designated to keeping track of my training and helping to organise it
The training provider gives us lots of resources both physical and online to support us. We get courses for each exam. They aren't the most organised but they do provide support
I can utilise the skills and knowledge I gain from the qualification in my role at work
There are networking events we are given the opportunity to attend. There are groups and forums for just about everything so you can be as involved as you want to
Yes
They are very good at supporting those training and they are keen to grow their own so it is a very nice atmosphere to work in. Everyone is friendly and happy to help which makes work a lot more positive
