Yes both. Many new skills and current skills boosted to next levels. I had the opportunity to apply the learning from the course to the role.
I enjoyed the programme very much.
There is room for improvement regarding time management & helping students to balance better work / learning. The programme is challenging and very full on but overall was good organised and we know in advance what needed to be done
The employer was very supportive. However, sometimes I feel they did not fully understand the programme
Everyone in the university was supportive and helpful. Many of us needed extensions or extra support and was provided
The new knowledge and skills helped me to perform better in my role and also to gain confidence in developing to more senior roles
