  • I am a hotel receptionist, my role includes checking guests in or out of the hotel, answering phone calls and assisting guests in any way I can

  • I had experience in hospitality before so knew how to takl to guest but it has really helped me gain confidence in my new role and developed my skills further

  • I really enjoy learning all the little things along the way. The things that pop up and make you think about your job in a different way which then allows you to improve and progress along the way

  • Very well organised, I have emails after every session with feedback and a plan for next time along with goals to reach along the way

  • My managers have been very supportive, they check in on how I'm progressing and how I think I'm doing on the course as well. I know they are always there to help me if needed as well

  • My trainer has been very supportive and helpful, always very encouraging and nothingis too much troble

  • I think it has really helped me to perform better a I fell I now have a better understanding of my role and what is expected of me along the way

  • We dont really have anything like this where I work be we have met up for meals outside of work

  • Take any opportunity given to you, it will really help you develop in you new role and to progress in the company
