Insurance Broking - Arranging insurance cover for a client, billing and amending existing policies, drafting wordings and repayment schedules for new deals.
How to negotiate between a client and an insurer, how to draft a policy and repayment schedule, excel skills and how to use systems such as Eclipse and DMS.
I find the programme very enjoyable, the day to day tasks are varied and interesting, the team and company culture is very welcoming and motivating and you have the opportunity to meet and socialise with a wide range of people in the industry.
It is very well structured, there is a clear study schedule which fits around your work, my progression of task responsibility has been carefully considered and well structured and the programme provider provides a helpful support team and regular progression review sessions
I receive a great amount of support from my employer, they are always flexible with my study time and never overload me with work when I need to study
I have regular tutor sessions to help my study of the content of the qualifications, as well as regular progression review sessions in which the right level of support for my study of my qualifications will be determined
