Managing daily operations by supervising staff, processing customers orders and supporting line managers
Got deeper understanding how operations management works, as well got good knowledge about finance planing, marketing and people management
Good lectures, good teachers, friendly students
It was some challenges at the beginning of the programme, especially with support from own organisation, but now all looks much better
Perfect support on off-work planing, I got enough time. Maybe lack of support from operations side, this issue could be better
Full support, from 1 to 1 session with skill coaches + catch up with teachers
It will help to get better position at current organisation and helps to deliver knowledge learned at this apprentiship
