  • my day to day job includes looking after a facilities, such as ; plumbing electrical work and general maintenance.

  • yes I have learned plenty of new skills since joining Charles river. I have broadened my knowledge on all plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.

  • I enjoy what I do as it is a job I can be proud of.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the college side to my apprenticeship is a little underwhelming as I haven't had a lot of help or guidance. however, my employers have made this a lot easier for myself.

  • I have had a lot of support from my employer, whenever i have needed guidance or unsure I know I will be be able to ask and get the answer I am looking for.

  • I do not receive much support from my training provider, however my lecturers are always more than happy to help.

  • the theory i have learned in college has helped when replicating on site, for example regulations. knowing the different regulations and the correct procedure.
