Currently completing electronic degree at university. Also complete online courses via Coursera. Learning multiple programming languages for my job role. Constantly developing my engineering vocabulary.
Great, all my placements i have completed within my computer have been very good. All members within the placements were extremely helpful and easy to talk to.
I haven't had any issues yet but sometimes it seems the company and the university are a little bit out of sync.
Plenty of support is given. Plenty of training materials and courses are available to develop my skills and HR team are always very quick in resolving any issues.
Same as above, all my university tutors are very helpful and always able to meet up at university or online over video call.
As for the first year, not as much as I hoped for. Only one module has come in handy so far and that was my programming module where I was taught "c++" which is a common language used in the engineering industry.
Not very often, some raffles. There is the IMECHE challenge every year and also the company does workshops with local highschools/colleges.
