    • i have learned how to be an effective communicator and how to manage a team effectivley

    • i enjoy the programme as i feel it has allowed me to expand my knowledge and become a more well rounded manager

    • it is a well structured programme, we know what each session is going to contain and how it will help our development

    • my assistant manager has been very helpful with advice whilst on the programme

    • we get lots of support, our mentors are available to answer any questions we have via email or whatsapp
