Running shifts, opening and closing the pub, cash handling, beer orders and accepting deliveries
i have learned how to be an effective communicator and how to manage a team effectivley
i enjoy the programme as i feel it has allowed me to expand my knowledge and become a more well rounded manager
it is a well structured programme, we know what each session is going to contain and how it will help our development
my assistant manager has been very helpful with advice whilst on the programme
we get lots of support, our mentors are available to answer any questions we have via email or whatsapp
it has expanded my knowledge and given me new ways to work and organise a team effectivley
