You can join several communities, where we do a lot of givebacks, meet new people and socialise.

Yes
I would recommend IBM not only because of the abundance of training and development and support they provide, but also the company culture, and the people that you are surrounded with are excellent!
Bring your whole self to the interview, as in don't be scared to show your true self and ask questions.
