I really enjoy my programme. It is ridiculously hard to manage whilst working full time but I hope it will be worth it in the end.
It is very well organised and structured. My personal tutor is absolutely amazing and supports me so well.
I have started receiving more support now I have completed one year. But there is still the mentality that work is more important and if the degree stuff falls behind that is fine. They agreed for me to do it so it would be great to have more support on how big a task this is and how much it does distract from my normal job role and responsibilities.
I have received good support and recommendations. Really responsive to emails.
Currently I am not seeing any difference. I am hoping the later modules help me more. Things such as marketing are interesting but not something I would ever have a direct impact on as I do not work for head office.

The pay is good and there is very good progression opportunities. The range of apprenticeships offered whilst still getting full pay is great.
Take advantage of the apprenticeship opportunities.
