  • It is very well organised and structured. My personal tutor is absolutely amazing and supports me so well.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have started receiving more support now I have completed one year. But there is still the mentality that work is more important and if the degree stuff falls behind that is fine. They agreed for me to do it so it would be great to have more support on how big a task this is and how much it does distract from my normal job role and responsibilities.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Currently I am not seeing any difference. I am hoping the later modules help me more. Things such as marketing are interesting but not something I would ever have a direct impact on as I do not work for head office.
