Learning about our products, practicing potential demos for clients, giving clients demos of our product, answering questions from prospective customers
Yes, managers are extremely helpful in helping you grow your soft skills such as time management and organisation
It is very enjoyable and the staff are supportive
It is flexible, we have assigned day to our uni work however if we need more days we can arrange for that to take place
IBM provides lots of support for apprentices, we are each assigned a manger who we can talk about our career goals with along with many other subjects
Professors always reply promptly
Many of the modules I learn in my qualification have come up in the workplace already and have allowed me to have deeper understanding of my role
IBM has many extra-curricular activities for people to do called BRG (Business Resource Groups) which allow for you to network across the company
