I am a crew member so it is my job to serve customers with a fast and friendly service snd provide the best customer service and experience possible. My role entails serving, making food and drinks, cleaning and talking with customers.
This role has developed my confidence not only professional but in my day to day life and personality too.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as it gives me the opportunity to grow as a person by expanding my knowledge and learning new skills. It feels good to improve myself and I enjoy learning.
My programme is well organised and structured so that i I know where all the material and tools I need are, I know what's my current tasks are and what each one entails and where I need to record my work and evidence.
My employer and trainer are always on hand for any help and advice I need.
My training provider is in touch regularly to see where I'm up to, how I'm doing and is always there if I need any advice or help with anything.
My qualification has extended my skills and knowledge in my role and has taught me more about customers views and expectations and how I can help improve their experiences by teaching me about what they expect from their visits and our service. It requires and encourages me to analyse my own role and dee what I can do to be better in my job.
We have employee days out all paid for and organised by the staff, the company runs their own football teams, we also do events in and outside of the restaurant to raise money for our charity RMHC
