Learning about the operation, just started my HR Placement. So im being trained into being a people advisor and learning the day to day duties of what that entails

I love it! I am so glad i chose this over uni or other apprenticeships
Really well, theres a clear breakdown at uni, we get paths to follow to improve progress on site and so much help is provided
Loads, my people manager is just incredible!
Loads, you can always email or ask for help or guidance and they are so great at getting back or even arranging a call
My qualification helps me better my role as it is so directly linked with what we learn and how to implement it.
