It is making sure products are safe, legal and fit for purpose. My role is to ensure all products meet these requirements before landing on the shelves.
I have definitely learnt a lot more about quality management systems. I have developed several skills one of which is communication. Now, I understand more about quality and how it is involved in everything that we do.
I really enjoy this programme. It made me think more about what I do and why I do it. It made me question things to ensure my time is used efficiently. It has helped me understand my role more.

My employer is probably not as involved, it is mainly me working through the assignments. When I do ask for their input, they do support.
Whenever I ask for help, they are always willing to support.
It has helped me develop skills and become better at asking questions. It has made me question how things are done and given me more drive to improve things such as processes.

It's a good company, there are a lot of friendly people and it's a growing business.
Don't be scared, everyone is friendly and your "interview" will feel like a friendly chat.
