I work daily on a project which involves reporting of what occurs on a weekly and monthly basis on the project. Along with looking at key enablers and key milestones for the project. One day a week I will focus on doing my uni work.
I have learnt many new skills as it is an industry I had never experienced before. I have developed my social skills significantly.
The programme is very enjoyable and everyone around is very supportive and friendly which makes the experience better.
The programme has a clear structure and has been very easy to follow and take part in due to the support provided.
There is a massive amount of support which is very accessible through the HR team, colleagues, "buddys" and your line manager. Everyone is always open to help.
My training provider is also very supportive as they have a good support team and again alot of people who are accessible and willing to help.
The uni work is linked to daily work of being in construction and provides greater knowledge that you need to help put theory into practice.
There are days where you can volunteer. There are alot of social after work events to attend. There are many networks within the business for people to join and discuss topics they enjoy and believe in.
Yes
It's a great company to work for, it's very supportive and they care alot and look after their workers.
Research the company and understand the business and their values ahead of interviews.
