1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Graduate Surveyor in the Housing Division at Savills, rotating in Valuation, Development, Surveying, Treasury, and Consultancy teams. Gaining excellent competency experience and APC training to successfully pass my APC. Day release to study at UCEM and gain a RICS-accredited degree to sit my APC assessment.

I have learnt a plethora of skills that will equip me to become a competent professional working in the built environment industry.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Thoroughly enjoy. The training is excellent.

Very organised. Regular competency, APC, and CPD sessions to make graduates competent.

Supported right across the division, from teams, to wider division, and Savills business.

All training necessary to successfully pass the APC.

The chartership status will enable me to succeed in the Property industry and bolsters my professional status.

There are a vast array of extracurricular actives to get involved in for people with all types of interest.
