    5/10

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it to an extent however there is a serious gap between expectation and reality.

    4/10

  • Support from employer is sufficient.

    6/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • JLR provide an employee learning scheme where you have a budget to spend on extra curricular activities. There are other schemes to get on board with such as the team improvement circle.

    9/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend JLR to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • The job role is very different to what is advertised. In some areas of the business I find the culture outdated and uninclusive and I find it to be a very inefficient business, little action is taken when complaints are bought up and supervisors/managers can be dismissive.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
  • .
