I am learning sales role here at Savills, so taking on clients and building a relationship with them to sell houses around Victoria/Pimlico.
I have learnt skills such as time management, communication skills and working within a team and independently.
I enjoy coming into the office and not being stuck on a desk all day as it involves going out on viewings and such. This role is very proactive.
It's very well structured as I have my training once a month and get assignments each month and this allows me to have 1 day a week at home to complete my assignments within each month. So I am getting educated around my role and also on the job learning in real life.
I haven't been getting much support from my manager as of yet but I have been getting tasked to complete this is a lot of admin at the moment I hope I get more tasked thrown at me around the Sales side.
My training provider is very helpful and very clear when teaching
Helps a lot because this teaches us around many subjects that involves us around the sales role

Because through-out the Savills interviews they are very welcoming and very polite. They also explain everything in detail before starting the role. Very welcoming!!!
Just be yourself during the interview process and have to show your interested to work for a great company
