I run and manage a McDonalds. I manage all the +90 staff and make decisions on the day to day operations. I set and motivate towards targets, complete reviews, appraisals, schedules. Ensure financial budgets are achieved, also plan in yearly budgets and monthly. I recruit staff, interview and start the onboarding process. Ensure the day to day operation runs smoothly.
