Day to day I am involved with the Estate Management of both private and institutional clients as well as some professional work.
Since joining Savills I have improved my interpersonal skills and have developed to be more adaptable to changing situations as well as to plan my time more efficiently.
The apprenticeship programme through Harper Adams University and Savills is very well structured and I feel like I am always well supported.

Even though Savills is a large company please do not be put off by this as you do not feel like this is the case - you are part of a large support network.
