Shift manager and assisting manage with day to day running of the store including controlling gap, placing orders and stock count
I have learnt about different management styles and that has helped me too have better communication with the team
I did enjoy the programme but sometimes struggling to find the time
It was well organised and the my life platform was easy to navigate
I received any support from my manager throughout the course and with my project. I do feel I could of benefited from 1 day a month for study leave and study leave for my final assessments, but that was not provided.
My training provider gave lots of advice and was always clear that I could contact him if I needed any further help with him.
I have learnt a lot about different management styles and motivation factors that have helped me in my role and also the customer section has helped a lot

I lost holidays due to covering sickness through covid and was not allowed to carry them over
You won’t get paid for overtime if you are salaried
