I really enjoy this programme. I have fit very well with my team and I love the job I do. Also the organisation is fantastic. I learn every day something new and I feel I have develop a lot new skill which will help me to get after my programme a job.
Every Thursday is my study day and I do not do anything else apart from my study, and watching some live tutorials. I have often meetings with my Mentor to discuss my development, and I have meetings with my tutor. Every unit we learn after test our skills with assessments and we have a time table to help us organise our time.
My manager has often meetings with me and he plans after which project I have to work and how he can help me to develop extra skills. Also my colleagues share all their knowledge to help me learn faster.
I have every Friday meeting if I struggle with something they explain and help me to move on with my assessments and project I am working on.
