I do enjoy it. I like working with right people around me. I also like the rotations around the company so we get to know more interesting people.
I'm not sure as my induction and trainings have been online for past 2 years and just now it slowly changes to face to face.
I would say as much as it is needed. However, in some cases the company itself should be aware that Apprentices are just learning.
I think I receive a lot of support when it comes to my training and my SVQ as well as to college work.
I feel like I know more about the industry and knowledge gained in college defintely helps to understand day to day tasks but I sometimes it's not all about the skills and qualifications but also about the experience which as an apprentice you get sometimes more and sometimes less.
not that i am aware of

Good values, Good qualifications, great experience, good money.
Be confident in yourself, no one is here to judge you but to learn about you and your interest. If you think this is something you will like then just go for it.
