i very much so enjoy my apprenticship programme as it lets me develop new skills and gain valuble experiance with in a business this lets me have a goood idea and understanding of the career that i wish to undertake, the college aspect of the programme is also enjoyable to complete
the programme that i am a part of is very well organised / structured qasthe organisers seem to know how to effectivly run the programme and obtain the highest performace from the candidates that are involved. it has a straight forward progression and is effcent with the time frame that it sets out
with in the apprentiship programme i receive an adiquite amount of support from the employer, this comes in mny diffrent form such as the monthly meeting that they have this lets you bring up any issues that any apprentice is having and it allows any other apprentice to hear it if they are also having a similar issue
i receive plenty of support when working towards my qualifications from my training provider as they always offer support if they feel that someone is falling behind there is also many other people within the company that are avalible and happy to help with any issues that may have occured with the qualifications
i fell that the qualifications that are being undertaken help a lot within the role as they give a good begining knowledge for all of the tasks that are asked of youy with in the company the qualifications also give confidnce and a reason to want to progress within the company
although that covid has stopped most extra curricular they are begining to be reintoduced and incurged there are many sporting activites such as football or walks that are sponsered and there are alot of other activities such as presenting leonardo at fairs and school to premote the brand in a positive light

i would recomend leonardo to a friend as leonado apprentiship allows you to train on the job gaining vauable workplace skills it it allows you to gain qualifications which help to further your career in a proative direction and it pays a competitive wage with a stong union that looks out for the workers.
my tips and advice for someone applying to leonardo is to ensure that you spend alot of time on the initail application and ensure that is good , then ensure that for the project presentation you know everything about it and are prepaired to answer any quesion that could come up this lets u feel more confident and sure of yourself in th interview
